SYPAQ are seeking a HR Specialist to join our team on a full time basis, based in our head office located in Port Melbourne. Working as part of the People and culture team and reporting directly to the Head of People Capability and Culture this position will see you develop, implement, and interpret HR policies, manage employee data, and support employee relations, acting as a crucial link between management and staff.
