About the role This Team Assistant position supports the Operations team by providing high‑quality administrative and coordination assistance across residential and commercial property management. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in improving workflows, maintaining compliance and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Monitor and manage the leasing inbox, ensuring enquiries are actioned or escalated promptly Raise purchase orders, receipt rent in trust accounts and prepare recharge invoices as required Coordinate property compliance by liaising with external contractors and arranging site access Provide administrative support to short‑term accommodation providers and commercial tenants Maintain building security processes including key registers, fobs and general operations administration About you You will have experience in an administrative or coordination role and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment where organisation and attention to detail are key. Comfortable learning new systems and using Microsoft Office, you communicate confidently and take a proactive, collaborative approach to your work. While property industry experience would be an advantage, it is not essential for the right candidate. What's in it for you?
