ABOUT YOU: You must: Be studying a relevant degree qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Communications) or be a recent graduate/skilled migrant. Be proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and quick to learn new tools. Be committed to a career in administration, operations, or executive support. Be able to work at least 3 days per week. LEARNING OUTCOMES: You could be provided work experience in the following areas: Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls, and other inquiries on behalf of executives. Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval. Take minutes during meetings, track action items, and follow up on deadlines. Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and basic budget tracking. Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a professional liaison. Support event planning, logistics, and team coordination as needed. Contribute to office workflow improvements and administrative strategy. LOCATION: The host company is located at Southbank VIC.
