About the role: This organisation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team and lead a team of talent partners. You will lead the recruitment of senior leadership and specialist roles, building strategic pipelines for critical positions across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll directly source and engage top talent while shaping strategic hiring approaches. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing skills, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage multiple complex roles simultaneously. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical positions Directly source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other channels Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights Deliver a positive candidate experience and support internal mobility Apply best-practice assessment methodologies for senior hiring Provide recruitment data and insights to guide hiring decisions Contribute to broader talent programs and process improvements Managing a team of talent partners About you: 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition, with senior and specialist hiring experience Strong direct sourcing and pipeline development skills Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence senior leaders Ability to manage multiple complex roles across diverse business areas Data-driven with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Benefits: Exposure to a global business and broad career opportunities Programs and tools to support wellbeing and work-life balance Flexible and generous leave options Staff discounts across the group
