Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior role blends strategic oversight with hands-on design involvement, taking responsibility for the day-to-day performance, resourcing, and delivery of both teams. You will lead and mentor designers, manage workloads, budgets, and quality standards, and remain engaged at key stages of design to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with the business’s growth objectives. About You Degree-qualified in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline Strong background in commercial landscape projects (residential experience also valued) Proven experience in a design leadership, principal, or management role Confident managing different team dynamics and personalities Technically proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Empathetic, approachable leader with strong communication skills Commercially aware, organised, and comfortable managing budgets Culture & Working Style This business offers a supportive, flexible environment where leadership trusts professionals to manage their time and output.
