About the role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of building projects. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate labour, plant and materials, champion safety, and support a high-performing project environment. Initially you will be working on our newly awarded industrial project in Kewdale. What you'll be doing: • Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure high-quality construction delivery • Monitor progress, subcontractor performance, and resource allocation • Coordinate labour, plant, and materials in line with the Project Management Plan • Drive a strong safety culture aligned with our “Safety is My Way” program • Conduct site meetings, inspections and ensure HSEQ compliance • Mentor and motivate project teams to maintain strong performance • Ensure targets for time, cost, and quality are consistently achieved Your skills and experience • 10 years’ commercial construction experience, ideally delivering projects up to $100M • Proven leadership experience in site supervision or site management • Strong ability to lead large teams and subcontractor workforces • High level of planning, reporting and coordination capability • Strong regard for safety, quality and team engagement • Sound communication, IT and problem-solving skills • Trade qualification or tertiary construction management qualification (preferred) • Strong alignment with our values: Care, Integrity, Excellence Ready to build something better?
