Key responsibilities include: Managing minor maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping coordination Overseeing trades, move-ins, and contractor performance Identifying and reporting maintenance issues early Liaising with Body Corporate, residents, and community managers Managing asset registers, caretaker spreadsheets, and community updates Handling emergency calls as needed Supporting community events and initiatives where required What You’ll Need: Previous experience in caretaking, property/building management, or facilities roles Strong customer service skills and a relationship-first mindset A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with good attention to detail A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Working knowledge of Body Corporate processes preferred Friendly, professional communication skills—written and verbal For a confidential chat, contact Luke McGrath on 0417 677 364 or email your CV to lmcgrath@goughrecruitment.com.au.
