About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage a high volume of customer interactions and provide efficient, accurate support across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include: Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails relating to customer enquiries, orders, and general information Processing orders and updating client details using internal systems Completing administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and follow-ups Providing clear, professional, and friendly communication Escalating issues where required to ensure timely resolution This is a high-volume, call centre-based role in a fast-paced environment.
