Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Key Responsibilities: Have real conversations with customers — with empathy and professionalism Negotiate fair, realistic repayment solutions Support customers experiencing financial hardship Manage accounts in line with compliance and best practice Keep accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement About You: Experience in collections or customer-facing roles (lending ideal but not essential) Strong communication skills — especially in sensitive situations A problem-solver who can balance commercial outcomes with care Resilient, organised and proactive Knowledge of NCCP/ASIC (a bonus, not a must!)
