The key duties of the position include Undertake day to day finance operations on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable tasks and debt management. Process travel and purchase card transactions in the finance system and monitor and support compliance with related policies and procedures. Contribute to the end of month cycle and financial statement process by ensuring accuracy of accounts and journal processing, effective management of cut-off times, and compliant recording of supporting documentation. Provide support to internal and external stakeholders with advice on payables and receivables, travel and purchase card tasks, and other financial processing related matters. Manage mailbox queries and issues in a timely manner.
