About the Opportunity In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting ASC’s Corporate Treasury function, contributing to effective financial governance and streamlined processes across the organisation. As the Treasury Officer, you’ll work closely with finance stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of all treasury related activities. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for the Treasury inbox, responding to queries promptly and assigning or escalating items as required. Perform daily banking duties across the ASC Group, including monitoring bank balances, payments, foreign exchange transactions and settlements. Administer the company’s corporate card programs, providing customer service to employees, including problem‑solving and processing requests. Support the coordination of treasury workflows, approvals, and internal reporting. Provide day‑to‑day administrative support across the corporate treasury function. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and governance processes. Assist with compliance and audit preparation activities, as required. About You Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills. Experience in administration within a corporate, finance, or treasury environment. Proactive problem‑solver with a high level of initiative and attention to detail. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Adaptable, well‑organised, and effective under pressure. Demonstrated ability to build positive professional relationships. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a Baseline level.
