Service Coordinator Are you an experienced Service Coordinator looking for a new environment where you’re trusted to own your work and make a real impact? You’ll play a key role in keeping client sites running smoothly, working closely with Account Leads and a large contractor network to coordinate maintenance works across a broad range of services. About the Role This is an account-based Service Coordinator role , where you will have end-to-end ownership of a key client account. You’ll manage a steady volume of 20–30 work orders per day , ranging from routine preventative maintenance through to urgent reactive works. Services coordinated typically include handyman, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping/grounds maintenance and other core trade services. The role is office-based , using SimPro to allocate works, track progress, manage SLAs and communicate updates to both clients and trades. This is a fast-moving role suited to someone who enjoys variety, momentum, and problem-solving, where no two days look the same.
