About the Role Working within a small Warranty team to support the Dealer network and operations team, you will be responsible for processing all claims under the warranty program. Key responsibilities: Assess, process and manage warranty claims Australia-wide Conduct high-level screening and validation of claims Identify trends, anomalies and claiming patterns Support financial reporting, technical analysis and audit processes Perform warranty audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Exercise judgement to review and honour previously declined claims Facilitate and support annual warranty training programs Skills & Experience Experience in automotive service, technical or warranty roles Strong Excel and data analysis skills High attention to detail with an analytical mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to interpret data and provide insights/recommendations Benefits 12-month fixed term contract with potential for ongoing employment Full leave entitlements Access to excellent employee benefits Work with a high-end, reputable automotive brand Autonomous role with real impact across a national network
