About the role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a national program. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative, reporting, logistics, and operational activities to ensure seamless program delivery. You will work closely with field teams, internal stakeholders, and the client to drive operational efficiency, maintain systems, and support overall program performance. This includes managing reporting processes, resolving field queries, coordinating logistics and asset distribution, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. Your primary focus will be to ensure all tasks are delivered in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a high standard of administrative excellence and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Managing reporting systems, resolving queries, and driving process improvements Supporting field teams, Team Leaders, and National Field Management with day-to-day operational needs Coordinating logistics, warehousing, and distribution of assets and uniforms Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for program staff Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, IT, and client stakeholders Supporting training coordination, communications, and SharePoint content management Monitoring and maintaining asset tracking, inventory, and equipment allocation Assisting with planning, forecasting, and administrative reporting requirements Coordinating meetings, travel, and program-related activities About you: Previous experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both autonomously and within a team Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders Experience supporting field teams or working in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded Exposure to logistics, inventory management, or asset tracking is desirable Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach High level of computer literacy and confidence working across systems A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in a dynamic environment If the above sounds like you, APPLY NOW!
