Our team works closely with healthcare providers to implement, maintain, and support secure and efficient IT systems that enhance operational performance and patient care. Key Responsibilities Assess software and hardware requirements when diagnosing technical issues affecting healthcare IT systems and recommend appropriate solutions. Respond to client enquiries regarding software functionality, system access, connectivity, and hardware issues. Assist with configuring and adapting existing software applications to meet the operational needs of healthcare clients. Install, configure, and update software applications used within medical practice systems and related technology environments. Provide guidance to users to ensure the effective and efficient use of clinical software applications and associated equipment. Assist with configuring and supporting network connectivity to ensure reliable system performance across client environments. Troubleshoot technical issues affecting workstations, systems, and connected devices used by healthcare clients. Assist with diagnosing, repairing, or replacing peripheral equipment such as printers, terminals, and related hardware. Record and document technical issues, troubleshooting activities, and solutions provided when delivering technical support. Qualifications and Experience Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software applications, and related IT systems. Ability to assess technical problems and determine appropriate software or hardware solutions. Experience supporting networked environments, including system connectivity, user access, and peripheral device configuration.
