Description Partners with sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents customer requirements and works to ensure DN delivery processes are applied, adapted and executed to ensure an effective and high quality response. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application. Responsibilities Provides Business Analysis support for a defined customer group or product area. Works with sales, product Business Analysis team members to understand customer requirements and help align internal processes to ensure effective solution delivery. Supports process implementation as assigned, including: Contributing to pre-sales workshops, documentation and related activities. Assisting with sales bids by demonstrating product and domain understanding. Identifies the requirements end-to-end and ensures mitigation throughout the sales bid and project delivery. Lead project Business Analysis process, change management, improvement and application by: Assisting in the analysis of business processes, needs and problems. Gathering data to elicit new business and functional requirements (for low complexity subject areas). Supporting standardization through the use of Solution Blueprints and/or pre-defined process books as the basis for fit / gap analysis. Gathering and consolidating change requests. Preparing requirements for presentation to Product Management, Solution Blueprint and Infrastructure teams. Qualifications Required Qualifications Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience for retail segment, fuel and convenient store as plus. Cloud and API driven process is consider as a plus Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
