This role plays a key part in providing data-driven insights that inform change management strategies and improve program outcomes. About the Role As the Change & Data Insights Analyst, you will provide specialist analysis and reporting to support people-centred change initiatives. Working closely with Project Managers, program stakeholders and leadership teams, you will ensure high-quality data management, reporting integrity and evidence-based recommendations that guide transformation activities. Key Responsibilities Analyse and interpret change data to provide insights that support program evaluation and performance improvement. Extract, validate and manipulate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, integrity and meaningful reporting. Manage and maintain change program data, including Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis information. Partner with Project Managers and key stakeholders to coordinate and deliver data analysis supporting program objectives. Contribute to the development, review and evaluation of change management artefacts and reporting outputs. Provide high-quality reports and recommendations that are timely, accurate and aligned to program needs. Deliver evidence-based analysis and creative problem-solving to address change and program-related challenges. Support compliance with work health and safety requirements across program activities. About You Strong analytical and data management skills. Experience supporting change management or transformation programs. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and integrity.
