This role owns critical platform capabilities that ensure employee data is consistently structured, configured, and compliant across HR, Time, and Pay. What you will do Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Core HR rules engine and assigned Core HR experiences, including discovery, definition, prioritisation, delivery, and iteration. Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned to platform strategy and customer outcomes. Partner closely with Engineering and UX to design scalable, configurable, enterprise grade solutions. Engage directly with customers, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to understand configuration challenges, regulatory needs, and workflow pain points. Translate complex regulatory and cross functional business rules into clear product requirements and user stories. Ensure that rules-logic supports compliant outcomes across markets where applicable. Collaborate with adjacent product teams across Payroll, Workforce Management, and Talent to ensure cross-product consistency. Use product metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to inform prioritisation and measure impact. Support go-to-market readiness and participate in major feature releases. Skills and experience we value 5 or more years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally within HCM or HR technology. Experience owning configurable platform capabilities or business rules engines within complex systems. Strong understanding of how employee data flows across HR, Time, and Pay domains. Experience delivering products in Agile or Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to break down complex regulatory or operational requirements into structured, scalable product solutions. Clear communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working directly with enterprise customers and incorporating feedback into roadmap decisions. Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer value with business impact. Comfortable operating in a remote, global, enterprise scale organisation. What will make you stand out Experience building or evolving Core HR configuration frameworks or rules-based systems. Exposure to APJ regulatory requirements within HR or payroll systems. Hands on familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data workflows. Strong data and UX fluency with experience using analytics and research to guide product decisions. Experience working across multiple HCM domains within a single platform.
