Location: Brisbane, Queensland Type: Fixed Term Contract Job 18313 Salary: A$180,000 We’re seeking a highly skilled UKG Workforce Pro SME to lead the configuration and delivery of a robust, compliant, and fit-for-purpose workforce management solution. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly shape the business outcomes of a major organisation. What You’ll Do Act as the trusted functional advisor for UKG Workforce Pro, guiding solution configuration and best practices. Collaborate with payroll and time system SMEs to develop and maintain UKG configuration workbooks. Provide technical guidance on build options aligned with business requirements. Conduct functional administration of UKG Workforce Pro and develop time/pay rules in line with Enterprise Agreements. Unit test configurations against business requirements and functional specifications. Develop user stories, test cases, and ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across payroll, HR, and operations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative technology solutions. What We’re Looking For Extensive functional and technical experience with UKG Workforce Pro. Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll ECC6. Proven track record in configuration, payroll testing, version upgrades, work rules, pay codes, interfaces, scheduling, and advanced scheduler. Strong experience with award interpretation, EBA compliance, and industrial relations. Experience working on UKG Workforce Pro implementations, developing requirements, and conducting unit testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
