As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Early Careers Coordinator to join our People & Development team, based at Eagle Farm. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing people, supporting early careers, and coordinating meaningful training and development opportunities across a national workforce. About the Role Reporting to the People & Development Supervisor, this role plays a key part in building future capability for the G.James Group. You will coordinate apprenticeship and early careers programs, support company-wide learning initiatives, and assist the business in meeting essential training requirements. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with leaders, apprentices, employees, training providers and schools, making a genuine impact on our workforce now and into the future. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Manage the lifecycle of apprentices including recruitment, onboarding, support and completion Coordinate recruitment and support for early careers programs including apprentices, trainees, graduates and work experience placements Support the coordination and delivery of company-wide learning and development initiatives, including leadership programs and professional / soft skills training Assist the business with scheduling required and regulatory training such as white cards, forklift licences, first aid and other essential qualifications Maintain accurate training records and support compliance reporting Build strong relationships with training providers, industry partners and apprenticeship bodies Engage with local schools and education partners to promote early careers opportunities and strengthen talent pipelines About You You will thrive in this role if you are: Passionate about people development and supporting others to succeed Confident communicating with a wide range of people including early career employees and operational leaders Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Relationship-focused, approachable and supportive Experience in HR, Training, Early Careers or workforce development will be highly regarded, but enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn are just as important.
