About the Role We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join our client’s Employment Services team based in Chermside. This is a full-time permanent position reporting directly to the Area Manager, will proactively assist jobseekers find continuing employment. Working closely with participants, you will identify barriers, develop tailored action plans, and source sustainable employment opportunities. You will also collaborate with psychologists, RTOs, and community partners to ensure participants receive holistic, person-centred support. The salary package is very competitive and includes not for profit salary sacrificing (so you pay less tax), and a great (and uncapped) incentive program. Monthly RDOs are also provided for work-life balance.
