With a healthy pipeline of work and several significant projects progressing, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Associate Architect to play a key leadership role within the practice. The Role: Leading architectural projects from concept through to completion Still hands on with the full cycle of a project, using ARCHICAD Acting as a key point of contact for clients and consultants Mentoring and guiding project teams Contributing to design reviews and studio direction Supporting Directors with project strategy and delivery Playing a visible and influential role within the practice About You: Registered Architect (or close to registration) Proven experience leading complex architectural projects - ideally Class 2 exposure Strong design sensibility supported by sound technical capability Confident client-facing and communication skills Experience mentoring and leading teams Local Australian experience essential Why This Practice?
