Job Description LI-DNI — Do Not Ingest. Responsibilities Lead asset performance frameworks, lifecycle planning and forward works programs. Monitor asset condition, performance data and maintenance insights to support investment decisions. Provide strategic advice on asset risk, obsolescence and capital prioritization. Manage and mentor a small specialist asset management team. Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management, Projects and Finance teams to align operational and capital planning outcomes. Support heritage asset management, operational planning and governance requirements. Prepare asset performance reporting and support audit and compliance activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across asset systems, planning and reporting processes. About You Experience in asset management, lifecycle planning or infrastructure performance roles. Strong understanding of asset performance frameworks, condition assessments and capital planning. Experience working within complex property, infrastructure or precinct environments. Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capability. Ability to translate technical asset data into clear operational and investment insights.
