Youll be joining a collaborative leadership team with clear operational frameworks and long-term contracts. Your new role As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple operational sites within a defined zone. You will provide leadership and support to several site-based managers, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently while meeting contractual, financial and safety expectations. Your role will focus on driving consistent service delivery, improving performance across sites and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting site managers across multiple locations Ensuring effective delivery of contracted services Driving client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement Managing labour, cost controls and operational efficiencies Monitoring service quality and implementing improvement initiatives Supporting innovation and continuous improvement across sites Ensuring all sites operate in line with safety, food safety and compliance requirements What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong operational and commercial background, combined with proven leadership capability. You will also demonstrate: Management experience across multi-site operations Strong commercial acumen, including budget and cost management Ability to lead, coach and influence site-based managers Experience building effective client relationships A sound understanding of workplace health, safety and compliance obligations Confidence working in structured, process-driven environments Strong organisational and communication skills Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
