We are currently looking to recruit for the following positions: Glazier, Builder’s Labourer, General Clerk, and Sales Representative. Glazier Responsible for Measuring, cutting, and installing glass products for residential and commercial applications, ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. Key Duties: Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications to determine size, shape, colour, type, and thickness of glass Glass to be laid on padded tables, to get ready for cutting Measuring and marking glass for cutting based on the specification Checking the glass if there are any defective areas, and mark by the glass marker. Cutting glass according to the drawings and specifications If there is a template for special shape of the glass, then cut along the templates, and break off sheets and excess glass with notched tools and glass pliers Using belt sanders and smoothing wheels to smooth rough edges Requirements: AQF Certificate III in Glass and Glazing including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV, or At least three years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualification. Strong knowledge of glass cutting, glazing techniques and installation methods Ability to accurately measure and interpret plans or specifications Experience using glazing tools and equipment safely Good attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Good communication and problem-solving skills Builder’s Labourer Builder’s Labourer is responsible for performing routine, non-specialised manual tasks on construction and renovation sites, with a particular focus on assisting in the movement, positioning, and support of prefabricated materials, including glass components. The role supports qualified Glaziers by ensuring worksites are prepared and materials are safely delivered, handled, and disposed of. Key Duties: Assists in the loading, unloading, and transportation of prefabricated glass panels, aluminium frames, and tools to and from construction sites. Prepares worksites by clearing debris, setting up workstations, and laying down protective coverings. Positions and holds prefabricated panels or frames during fit-out work under supervision; Mixes and applies adhesives and sealants as directed by the Glazier. Assists with securing prefabricated components into wall openings or frame structures, under guidance from qualified Glaziers. Performs post-installation site clean-up, removes excess sealant, and disposes of offcuts and debris safely. Operates basic hand tools and assists in general construction and clean-up activities. Follows site safety rules and uses required protective gear at all times. Completes other general labouring tasks such as handling materials, cleaning tools, and supporting team logistics on site. Requirements: AQF Certificate I, or compulsory secondary education with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience is required. Possession of a current NT Driver's license. Keen attention to detail for precise glass handling and installation. Strong multitasking skills with clear communication. Self-motivated, works well independently and in a team. General Clerk General Clerk will be responsible for supporting a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to meet growing company demand. Key Duties: Providing general administrative support Documenting, organizing, categorizing, and archiving information Managing the sorting, opening, and dispatching of mail. Managing customer information and scheduling onsite measurements and quotes Scanning, photocopying and faxing documents Preparing periodical reports as required Reporting issues relating to company equipment to staff Receiving mails, handling incoming calls and redirecting as necessary Transcribing information onto computers, and proofreading and correcting copy Provide customers with information about company services, engaging in showroomcustomer service Utilizing industry-specific software to generate quotes (training provided) Perform receptionist duties Requirements: Related AQF Certificate II or III with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred OR at least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Possession of a current NT Driver's license. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong multitasking abilities and polished phone etiquette. Proactive approach, self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset and the capability to work independently. Sales Representative Sales Representatives play a vital role in expanding the company’s reach across Northern Australia by promoting and selling a wide range of home improvement products including windows, doors, security screens, shower screens, mirrors, external awnings, and window coverings. Key Duties: Identifying and approaching new customers through wholesale agents, regional representatives, and industry contacts across Darwin, Katherine, Kununurra and surrounding communities. Staying informed about the company’s product range and supplier innovations, including Bradnam’s, Crimsafe, and Luxaflex, as well as keeping an eye on competitor activity and broader market trends. Meeting with existing customers and prospective clients such as builders, contractors, and homeowners to discuss upcoming projects and present suitable product and service options. Consulting with clients to understand their requirements and recommending appropriate windows, doors, security products, and installation solutions. Preparing quotations, discussing pricing and supply details with customers, and ensuring that confirmed orders are properly recorded. Coordinating with the logistics and installation teams so that purchased products are delivered and installed to meet agreed timelines and specifications. Maintaining regular communication with clients after purchase to confirm satisfaction, address any issues, and build long-term business relationships. Providing feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activity, and opportunities for new business development. Keeping accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and work-related expenses for reporting purposes. Requirements: Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF bachelor’s degree or higher and one year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) work experience Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
