Control Room Operator – Luna Park Sydney CONSTANT is currently seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team at Luna Park Sydney — one of the city’s most iconic and high-profile venues. In this critical role, you will help ensure the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors while supporting smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, identify incidents, and escalate matters to relevant security personnel Respond to emergencies by initiating appropriate procedures and liaising with emergency services where required Provide clear and consistent communication with on-site security teams Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and logs Conduct investigations into security breaches and monitor activities of interest About You To be successful in this role, you must be available to work a rotating roster across days and nights throughout the week. This is not a weekend-only position — weekday availability is essential. Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a Control Room Operator or Monitoring Centre Operator Current NSW Security Licence (1AE) Nationally accredited First Aid and CPR certification Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) Why Join CONSTANT?
