Reporting to (Head chef name) your duties and responsibilities will include: · Design the seasonal lunch menu · Train and supervise over ( 12) staff · Daytime shifts only, finishing at 4pm · Produce innovative and delicious lunch food experiences Skills and experience: · Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable restaurant · Proven experience leading kitchen staff of ( 12) · Knowledge in specialty coffee, Italian and wine is highly regarded · Passion for Italian food!
