As the Operations Administrator , you’ll play a crucial role in managing and finalising meeting documentation, ensuring actions are tracked, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple sites, with flexibility to work from either office in Plympton or Adelaide or a mix of both. Record meetings, transcribe, and communicate key outcomes to stakeholders. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to consolidate and follow up on actions. Support the development of team presentations and operational reports. Maintain up-to-date records, logs, and documentation across multiple contracts. Use digital tools (Microsoft Suite, Teams, and Co-Pilot) to streamline minute management. About You A proactive and confident communicator who’s not afraid to engage with others to get the information you need. Highly self-motivated and autonomous , with strong self-management skills and a reliable work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment , liaising with managers and technical teams.
