We are a fast-paced, growing glazing business looking for someone to support our Office Manager as an Admin Assistant. The role is five days a week at our office in Kilburn. $32 per hour Duties include: Answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages and handling client enquiries Greeting customers and attending to their needs Data entry of work orders into our glazing specific software Monitoring emails Invoicing Maintaining Spreadsheets Any other duties required by the Office Manager Our ideal candidate will have the following skills: Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of Office Suite Willingness to be trained using our in-house software package Have excellent problem-solving skills Able to work independently while supporting the Office Manager Reliability a must If you have the attributes to work within our team and would like to develop your skills, then please apply
