This business delivers high-quality turnkey homes and House & Land packages to local and international investors through established channel partners. Known for its competitive pricing and strong product offering, the company has built a respected presence within the wholesale residential market. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute and strategic operator with deep expertise in wholesale (not retail) residential building and established relationships across investor and channel networks. You will lead a large, high-performing sales team responsible for driving wholesale partnerships and investor-focused sales outcomes. The team is experienced and successful - they require a credible, strategic leader who can refine sales strategy, strengthen partner relationships and drive continued growth in both domestic and international investor channels. This is a highly visible, client-facing role representing the business at a senior level.
