Role Overview | Business Development Manager (Mid-Market & Enterprise) Webjet Business Travel The Opportunity Webjet Business Travel is scaling rapidly as a technology-led challenger in corporate travel, and we’re looking for high-performing BDMs to drive growth across the mid-market and enterprise segments. This is a pure new business role, focused on winning, shaping and converting opportunities in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise customers Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including RFPs, proposals and contract negotiations Engage with C-suite, procurement and finance stakeholders Clearly articulate the Webjet Business Travel value proposition and differentiate against legacy TMCs Work closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding Contribute to market positioning and go-to-market strategy What Success Looks Like Consistent new customer acquisition and revenue growth Strong pipeline conversion and deal velocity Ability to win against established competitors Building long-term, high-value customer relationships Ideal Candidate Profile Corporate travel industry experience (minimum 5 years) Proven track record in new business (“hunter”) sales roles Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex sales environments Highly driven, self-sufficient and comfortable in a high-growth, evolving business Why Webjet Business Travel Be part of a challenger brand disrupting traditional corporate travel Work with a modern, proprietary platform (no legacy bolt-ons) Backed by the scale and strength of Webjet Group (ASX: WJL) Opportunity to grow with the business as we expand locally and internationally For more details contact lindsaywhite@jivaro.com.au
