Job Description Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Preparing Quality Beverages: Crafting coffee and beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and excellent presentation at all times. Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders while accommodating guest preferences and dietary requirements. Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Demonstrating strong knowledge of the menu and confidently recommending suitable food and beverage options. Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional, efficient service while ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and consistently striving to exceed expectations. All-Rounder Duties: Assisting with general Food & Beverage Attendant responsibilities as required, including setup, cleaning, and maintaining service areas. Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday Split shifts may be required on some days Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour Saturday: $38.78 per hour Sunday: $45.24 per hour
