What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations of the Tavern, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and gaming rooms. Drive revenue growth across all areas of the Tavern by identifying opportunities, optimising product offerings, and supporting initiatives that enhance guest experience and profitability. Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement. Be the main point of contact for guest feedback, ensuring any concerns are handled professionally and smoothly. Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets. Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements. Mandatory Qualifications: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements. RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner. GMM (Gaming Machine Manager License): Important for individuals employed by venues to manage gaming machines, including employees, access, money clearances, keys, accounting records, and repairs. Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing. What We’re Looking For: A proven leader with experience in hospitality management. Proven experience in F&B, gaming and bistro operations. Someone with a positive attitude who thrives in a close-knit, fast-paced environment. A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the go. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of hospitality regulations and financial management.
