Business Manager – Accounting & Advisory �� Brisbane | �� Senior Leadership Role | �� Established Practice Are you an experienced public practice accountant ready to step into a broader leadership role within a growing firm? We are partnering with a well-established accounting and advisory practice seeking a Business Manager to oversee operations, support the Directors, and lead a high-performing team of accountants. This is a senior role within public practice — ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, reviewing technical work, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth running of a busy and successful firm. The Opportunity As Business Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the accounting division, ensuring workflow is running efficiently, deadlines are met, and quality remains high. You will work closely with the Directors to support staff development, oversee client delivery, and maintain strong operational performance across the practice.
