A well-established and respected automotive group located in Springwood is seeking a reliable and proactive Accounts & Administration All-Rounder to join their team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied position combining accounts receivable duties with general administration support . Working closely with the finance and sales teams, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records while also supporting the broader administration functions of the business. Key Responsibilities Process invoices and incoming payments efficiently Perform bank reconciliations and assist with account management Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies Provide general administration support to the team Liaise with internal departments to resolve payment or account queries Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting where required About You Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts administration, or a similar role Automotive industry experience is essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to solve practical problems and work independently Effective written and verbal communication skills Reliable, adaptable and a strong team player The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and professional automotive organisation where you will play a key role supporting both the accounts and administration functions of the business.
