8 month role Brisbane CBD based This role provides strategic program leadership to support the enterprise rollout of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You will be accountable for coordinating complex, cross functional activities that enable SAC based budgeting, financial performance reporting, and analytics capabilities to be embedded into business-as-usual processes, supporting ERP modernisation and corporate optimisation outcomes. Responsibilities will include: 1. Strategic Stakeholder Management - Lead engagement with divisional leaders, and key business stakeholders to build alignment, confidence, and commitment to SAC initiatives. - Provide authoritative advice to senior leadership on stakeholder risks, dependencies, readiness, and change impacts associated with SAC rollout. - Anticipate and manage complex stakeholder issues, negotiating outcomes that balance enterprise priorities and business needs. 2. Program Leadership and Coordination - Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of SAC rollout activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with ERP modernisation and finance transformation priorities. - Translate strategic objectives into clear program plans, milestones, and deliverables, operating with a high degree of autonomy. - Oversee interdependencies between finance, data, technology, and external partners to ensure integrated delivery. - Identify and actively manage risks, issues, and benefits, escalating strategically where required. 3. Change, Adoption and Benefits Realisation - Lead change and adoption approaches to ensure SAC capabilities are effectively embedded across finance and reporting functions. - Ensure business readiness activities (communications, engagement, training coordination) are fit‑for‑purpose and aligned to organisational change frameworks. - Monitor and report on benefits realisation, including improvements in reporting timeliness, consistency, automation, and decision support. 4. Governance, Assurance and Reportin - Prepare high‑quality executive briefings, reports, and submissions for governance and assurance forums. - Ensure program activities align with financial governance, data governance, and information management requirements. - Maintain appropriate program documentation, decision records, and reporting artefacts to support audit and assurance needs.
