What You’ll Be Doing: Running client discovery sessions and solution design/architecture Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects Providing Level 3 engineering support across client environments Troubleshooting complex technical issues Visiting client sites when required Acting as a technical advisor to clients Assist on security projects Contributing to improving documentation and internal systems What You’ll Bring: Proven MSP experience supporting multiple client environments Experience with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments Exposure to security solutions and best practices (M365 Security, identity, conditional access etc.) Experience with solution design and technical architecture Experience with modern device management (Intune, Autopilot) Relevant Microsoft certifications or working towards them Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving ability Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projects Confident client communication and advisory skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clients and tasks Solid documentation habits and attention to detail A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning Tech Environment Experience across a mix of: Microsoft 365 Azure Entra ID Intune/Autopilot On-prem infrastructure Backup & Disaster Recovery Networking & Security Scripting/automation Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) Virtual Machines (VM) SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate Cloud migration experience What’s In It For You?
