Your new role As the MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant(Field Service), you will be the primary technical specialist responsible for enhancing, configuring, and supporting the D365 Field Service platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to deliver highquality solutions that improve Field Service processes.Your role will focus on: Configuring, customising, and optimising D365 Field Service Supporting modules such as work orders, scheduling, dispatch, assets, resource management, and mobile Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions Overseeing technical delivery and managing vendor outputs Supporting integrations and system improvements (no Azure expertise required) Investigating issues, performing rootcause analysis, and implementing enhancements Ensuring adherence to platform best practices This is a handson technical consulting role , ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problemsolving, and being the goto expert in their domain.
