What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting and delivering cloud projects across multiple client environments Automating deployments and improving operational workflows Building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Pipelines and Jenkins Working within DevOps environments using Docker and Kubernetes Monitoring environments, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements Producing clear and detailed technical documentation Collaborating with clients as a trusted technical advisor What You’ll Bring: Strong experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud infrastructure Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of containers and orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes etc. Experience with infrastructure automation and cloud environments Commercial coding exposure (Python, Java or similar) beneficial Relevant Industry certifications MSP experience highly regarded but not essential Strong troubleshooting mindset and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills and customer focus Team player attitude with a passion for continuous learning Tech Environment Experience across a mix of: Azure AWS Microsoft 365 Azure DevOps/CI-CD Pipelines Docker & Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/Bicep) Automation & scripting (PowerShell/Python) Virtual Machines & cloud networking Identity & access management (Entra ID/Azure AD) Monitoring & logging tools Backup & Disaster Recovery Security & cloud governance Cloud migrations & modernisation projects Infrastructure automation & orchestration What’s In It For You?
