We are looking for skilled and safety-focused: Electricians Boilermakers Mechanical Fitters Plumbers S26 Supervisors These roles will support shutdown maintenance, construction upgrades and project works across a range of sites and operations. If you're an experienced tradesperson or supervisor looking to secure upcoming shutdowns, project work or ongoing rotations , we would love to hear from you. The Opportunity Successful candidates will work across shutdown maintenance and project scopes , supporting high-performing crews to deliver safe and efficient outcomes. Duties may include: Shutdown maintenance and plant repairs Mechanical and structural installations Electrical maintenance and upgrades Pipework installation and fabrication Equipment installation and commissioning Supervising work crews and ensuring compliance with site procedures Maintaining safety standards and permit systems ✔ Relevant Trade Certificate (Trades Roles) ✔ S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (Supervisors) ✔ Previous mining, shutdown or project experience ✔ Strong commitment to safety and compliance ✔ Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing ✔ Current Australian working rights ✔ Ability to work well in team environments and fast-paced shutdowns Tickets & Requirements (Role Dependent) WA Electrical Licence (Electricians) White Card Working at Heights Confined Space High Risk Work Licences (desirable) Driver's Licence Police Clearance Apply here or email hello@talentminingandminerals.com
