The Role MUFG is seeking an experienced RPA Configuration Analyst to join our Retirement Solutions team. In this role, you will analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design and deliver automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate . This is a hands‑on technical and analytical role suited to someone who enjoys improving processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and enhancing operational efficiency through automation. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Blue Prism and Power Automate. Develop, configure, and maintain end‑to‑end automation solutions and workflows. Collaborate with product, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality automation outcomes. Produce clear documentation, including process flows, testing procedures, deployment instructions, and support materials. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Stay current with automation trends, technologies, and enhancements across Blue Prism and Power Automate. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise automation workflows to improve system performance and reliability. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track automation performance and highlight improvement opportunities. Experience & Personal Attributes Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering process improvement and automation solutions. Certification in Blue Prism and Power Automate . Strong technical understanding and hands‑on experience building automation workflows on both platforms. Proven ability to analyse processes and translate requirements into automation solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with experience resolving complex automation issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure or cloud‑based automation platforms. PL‑500 or PL‑900 certification. Knowledge of DevOps principles. Experience working within Agile environments or Scrum teams.
