Sunshine Coast | $120k$150k Super | Broad, HandsOn Finance Leadership Role Your new company A wellestablished organisation on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee endtoend financial operations across several entities. This role combines day-to-day accounting execution with higher level financial oversight, reporting, cashflow management, settlements coordination and close collaboration with senior leaders. Youll work in both the detail and at a strategic reporting level, contributing to a strong team culture and ongoing process improvement. Your new role Coordinate settlement processes, ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliations and stakeholder communication. Manage all accounting functions including reconciliations, payroll, BAS, compliance and monthend processes. Oversee cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Prepare management reports, KPIs, variance commentary and insights for senior stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentoring to finance staff, fostering accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement. Maintain and refine financial systems, controls and workflows to enhance efficiency and data integrity. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in settlements and financial coordination is essential.
