Your Payroll expertise is required for this multi-faceted role. Your new company Our client is a wellestablished and fastgrowing organisation committed to delivering highquality financial and administrative services. With a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer service, they are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their dynamic and supportive team. Your new role Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing highvolume, endtoend payroll across multiple entities. Working with systems such as Micropay, Xero and Tanda, you will ensure accurate and compliant processing aligned across multiple awards. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and processing fortnightly payrolls endtoend across permanent and casual staff Maintaining and updating employee records Providing timely and accurate advice on payrollrelated queries Preparing and submitting Payroll Tax, PAYG, Workers Compensation, and other required compliance returns Completing payroll reconciliations and monthend processes Managing termination calculations with support from the broader accounts team Maintaining PPL registers across multiple companies Providing WorkCover data as required What youll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: 2 years experience processing complex, highvolume payroll in a large organisationExperience using Micropay (highly desirable)Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, superannuation, Payroll Tax and award interpretationExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesA proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment What youll get in return Flexible working hours to support worklife balance.
