Thisis a pivotal position within a closeknit team, offering stability and variety in aprofessional environment. Your New Role As the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of daytodayoffice operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. You will overseeadministrative processes, reception, technology platforms, service providers,and the overall presentation of the practice. A keyfocus of the role includes leading the implementation of newAML/CTF requirements, supporting complianceprocesses, and driving continuous improvement in systems and workflows. You will also play acrucial part in the firms financial administration, including trust accountingtasks, Xero data entry, BAS support, PEXA finalisation and liaison withauditors and regulatory bodies.
