Job Description Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) Consultant – Baseline Cleared – Daily Rate Contract Location: Canberra / Melbourne (Hybrid) Contract: Daily Rate (6–12 months) Clearance: Active Baseline Security Clearance required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) Consultant with an active Baseline Security Clearance to join a major transformation program within a Federal Government environment. This is a hands-on functional role supporting the design, configuration, optimisation, and delivery of Oracle P2P capabilities across complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end process delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead functional design and configuration across the Oracle Procure to Pay lifecycle Configure and optimise modules including: Purchasing iProcurement / Self-Service Procurement Payables Supplier Management Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements Translate business requirements into functional specifications Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems Assist with data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities Ensure compliance with government governance, audit, and reporting requirements Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations Required Experience & Skills Active Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory) Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Procure to Pay Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (preferred) or Oracle EBS Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P processes Experience working on large-scale ERP transformation programs Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FDDs, test scripts) Desirable Experience within Federal Government environments Exposure to Financials (GL, AR) modules Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms) Knowledge of procurement governance frameworks Change management exposure within ERP programs What’s on Offer Competitive daily rate Long-term program of work High-impact transformation environment Hybrid working arrangement Immediate start available
