DP World is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to support the Manager – Financial Planning in delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights that inform tactical and strategic decision-making. This role involves supporting planning and forecasting activities, analysing financial performance, and translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key commercial and operational performance metrics. Deliver financial and operational analysis, identifying cost drivers, margin trends, and improvement opportunities. Provide clear insights and commentary on results, variances, and forecasts for business stakeholders. Prepare analysis for performance reviews and decision-making forums, translating data into actionable recommendations. Develop pricing models and support cost allocation frameworks across business units. Assist with budgeting and rolling forecasts, including assumptions and financial analysis. Provide ad hoc analysis and partner with teams across the business to support informed decision-making. Drive continuous improvement through data-led analysis and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in data science, IT, Finance, or a related field. At least three years’ experience of developing and maintaining dashboards, preferably using Power BI and Power Query. Experience working within FP&A teams in large global businesses Intermediate understanding of logistics and supply chain processes; familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities; excellent commercial/business understanding; attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in team environments.
