THE ORGANISATION: Our client is a respected and successful organisation in the Education sector, known for its inclusive culture and strong staff tenure. They are continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated HR Advisor to help maintain efficient HR operations and compliance across the organisation. THE ROLE: As the HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing knowledgeable and approachable guidance to employees. You will manage the HR ticketing system, ensuring requests are resolved promptly, and support compliance by maintaining accurate records and assisting with adherence to company policies and regulations. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in HR administration and operational support, helping to maintain a positive and professional work environment. The position is part-time, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and is fully on-site. THE CRITERIA: The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR Advisor or generalist role, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing day-to-day HR tasks independently, while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
