Core Responsibilities Lead the annual media strategy and development of digital & media channels for the ANZ, within the context of commercial, communication, media planning and training. Lead for local media agency – including driving Quarterly Media Reviews and innovation in our media Go-To-Market. Act as a digital consultant and coach and provide on-the-job capability building to local teams, incl. to name a few; Brand & Digital Managers (Media Buying across all channels, including TV, VOD, OOH, Digital, OLV, Social & Search), Trade Teams (Retail Media) & Brand Relations (PR/influencer/events). Input, co-shape, as well as locally deploy our regional digital strategy across a digital ecosystem of owned, earned and paid channels. Feed local market nuances into our Global & APAC regional consumer and shopper calendars. Be a strong influential member of the Marketing Leadership Team, influencing budget decisions for media channels and taking responsibility for budget process and tracking. Be the subject matter expert for local digital marketing activations, including local Media Partnerships, Audio, Video, Programmatic, Paid Search, Social Media, Data strategy Drive the Digital Marketing measurement & performance analysis, translating performance data into practical insights. Observe local trends and work with agencies and internal partners to shape the Content Publishing Calendar for LEGO Owned Digital Platforms. Creative and curious, innovator The Senior Manager, Digital and Media role sits within the ANZ Marketing team and plays a critical role in driving our local media & digital marketing agenda, helping to bring our products to life for consumers & shoppers and enabling our mission to “Inspire and Develop the Builders of Tomorrow” Reporting into the Head of Marketing - ANZ, you will also play an integral part of the Marketing Leadership Team. Do you have what it takes? Extensive relevant digital & media experience from agency (Account Director level), start-up, or premium consumer brand. Experience of leading media activities for agile & innovative media companies. Deep understanding of digital channels management and ability to connect digital metrics with overall marketing and business objectives. Track record of crafting and rolling out innovative projects in the area of Digital Marketing & media Champion efficiency, MMM and data centricity, bravery to test hypotheses. Passionate about trends, ability to think ahead, and test and learn with new opportunities and local partners. Budget ownership, direction setting and coaching. Experience of working with marketing mix modelling. Understanding media planning & marketing experience towards children, and their parents.
