About the Role You will take the lead in advising on high-value corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, private equity, and strategic structuring. You will bring a transportable client base, strong professional networks, and established relationships that will contribute meaningfully to the firm’s ongoing growth. You will play a pivotal role in business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client engagement. About You You are a commercially astute legal professional with more than 10 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in transactional work. You either have a strong client following or possess the ability to attract premium clients through your network and reputation. Your success in business development and practice growth is well demonstrated, and you bring a collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for mentoring and team development.
