This is a key role in the Enterprise Risk team, providing day-to-day administrative support to the General Managers and working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer. You will help keep the division running smoothly, support a strong risk culture and positively represent the Enterprise Risk team across Rest. You will coordinate key meetings and events, manage calendars and logistics, and support projects, communications and reporting across risk and governance. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys improving how things are done. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Manage calendars for Enterprise Risk General Managers and support team meetings (agendas, papers, minutes and actions) Coordinate major meetings and offsites for the Enterprise Risk Leadership Team, including venues, materials and actions Provide administrative support such as travel bookings, invoices and expenses, document management and catering Assist with projects, communications, reporting and data requests across risk and governance teams Encourage and coordinate participation in learning and development activities Work closely with the EA to the CRO, anticipate needs, and provide executive support cover when required Qualifications Tertiary education in relevant discipline, or equivalent experience Required experience, understanding or credentials including : Superannuation industry sector experience is desirable. Demonstrated administrative background in a fast-paced environment. Executive stakeholder management experience. Project co-ordination experience, from initiation to delivery. Excellent communication and writing skills. Experience meeting and managing others to firm deadlines. Proficient in MS office suite - Advanced PowerPoint and Words skills. Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Teams and Adobe Software.
